Summer Sermon Series - Jonah and the Whale (June 29 - July 27): Join us this summer for a whale of a tale! We will tell the story of Jonah, a man who ran away from God, right into the belly of a whale! We will see how God follows us (even inside a whale!) and how God always gives us a second chance.

While the three days inside the whale were a time of deep struggle and isolation, it was also a time of transformation. Jonah prayed to God, his heart was changed, and he ended the three days transformed and ready to face the task ahead of him. How can we face our dark nights of the soul in the same way? This Sunday we are beginning our summer sermon series on Jonah and the Whale! Jonah is one of the most interesting stories in the Bible. It is a story of a reluctant prophet who God called over and over again. It is a story of God’s grace and redemption, and the power of second chances. And, did we mention, there’s a whale in the story too? In addition to worship on Sundays, we invite you to our Wednesday night Dinner & VBS program. Starting Wednesday, July 2nd, we will gather in the Fellowship Hall at 5:30 PM for a potluck dinner and a program for children and families. All are welcome, sign up here!
