This Sunday as we continue our sermon series on  Jonah and the Whale, we meet Jonah inside the belly of a whale! While the three days inside the whale were a time of deep struggle and isolation, it was also a time of transformation. Jonah prayed to God, his heart was changed, and he ended the three days transformed and ready to face the task ahead of him. How can we face our dark nights of the soul in the same way?
