Reverend Lisa Ann Barbery is in her second year at Trinity.
Though a native Minnesotan, Lisa was raised throughout the country. She is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato (BS in Social Work, 2000) and continued her studies at Monmouth University (MSW - International and Community Development, 2002). While studying, she enjoyed working in the areas of patient care, child welfare, transitional housing, and participating in an internship at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. Lisa received her Masters of Divinity degree from Wesley Theological Seminary, Washington DC in 2009.
A provisional elder in The Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, Lisa is serving in her first pastoral appointment. Prior to joining us at Trinity, Lisa completed year long internships at two local churches on the Arlington and Alexandria Districts. She also served as the Director of Youth Ministries at her home church, Messiah UMC (Springfield). Lisa brings experience from both her ministerial and social work backgrounds. She is passionate about "being" the church rather than "doing" church, equipping laity for ministry and service both inside and outside its walls, and partnering alongside others in their spiritual journey.
Lisa is married to Steven and they are the parents to Saint, a rescue pup. She enjoys traveling near and far, participating on mission teams, spending time with family and friends, and taking new adventures.

Ronnie Willett
Sexton
703-549-5500 (after 3 PM)
Ronnie is the person on staff that has the most history here with Trinity United Methodist Church. He has been here over 16 years
starting off performing odd jobs every now and then until it evolved to him checking in with the church on a daily basis! Ronnie is
truly a person of commitment and is always willing to lend a helping hand to his Church family. Ronnie enjoys meeting all the members here at Trinity and has made many lasting relationships with different members of the congregation. He is very reliable and always willing to help us fix any of our problems in and around the Church. Some of his fondest memories are just hanging out with the youth who stop by the church. He treats many of the youth as though they were his own.
