Children's Choirs
Singing, ringing our set of Malmark Choir-chimes, signing and playing rhythm instruments are all part of the music program for Kindergarten through seventh graders. The Choirs participate in worship once a month and sing at the Christmas Eve 5:00pm family service. Learning music notation, pitch matching and rhythm basics, as well as the memorization of hymns and liturgy are also part of the program. New members are always welcome.
Trinity Trebles (Kindergarten through second grade) rehearse in the Chapel on Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm
Trinity Choristers (third through seventh grade) rehearse on Sunday in Fellowship Hall/Sanctuary following the worship service from 12:30-1:30pm. Snacks are provided by the parents before the rehearsal.
Organist’s Assistant Program! If you are a member of the Trinity Choristers and in grades 3-7, you can become an organist's assistant. You will sit on the organ bench during the worship service and help me arrange and turn pages, push stops, stamp toe studs and assist as I play the Sunday service on our wonderful Holtkamp organ. If you wish, after four Sundays of service, you will receive a free one-hour organ lesson.
