MissionsAt Trinity, our Missions Team provides regular opportunities for our congregation and community to reach out in love to our neighbors. We do this in a variety ways, from raising money for special ministries, volunteering through local agencies, repairing homes, or traveling on mission trips. Our Missions team has planned and prepared opportunities each month for us to practice community outreach, acts of justice, and compassion. Questions? December 3 -- Rising Hope United Methodist Mission Church. Do you know how many families get food at Rising Hope each week? Do you know how many persons are helped financially each week? Do you know the quantity of clothes that are available each week? Do you know about the noon worship service Tuesday through Friday at Rising Hope? Do you know how large the staff is to service the least, lost, left-out, and homeless along the Route 1 corridor? Plan to to join us on Saturday, Dec 3, and find the answers to these questions and how your funds support this mission project of the Alexandria District United Methodist churches. We are looking for 20-30 persons to go from Trinity so we can also do some work for a couple of hours to help with their preparations for Christmas giving.
